18 karat white gold featuring one round diamond, approximately .10ct SI1 G. Surrounding the diamond are four bagutte cut synthetic blue sapphire. Please note that it was typical to use synthetic sapphires during this period. Heat treatment was not available so the unheated sapphire did not match and were not as intense of a blue.The ring is in great condition.
