A prompt refund, less shipping and handling charges, will be made for any item that does not meet your satisfaction if it is returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt. All jewelry is in working and wearable condition.

All items must be ordered via e-mail or telephone prior to sending payment. This will assure that the items are still available (all items are subject to prior sale since we also have an in person store) This also gives you and me an opportunity to discuss any description questions you may have prior to ordering and shipping.

Send an e-mail with item #, price, description, your name and address, telephone number and the method in which you are paying.

Items may be placed on hold for 4 days pending our receipt of your payment.

US BUYERS:

1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus. We accept checks and money orders made payable to Sandberg Jewelers. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping.
2. Illinois residents must add 8.50% sales tax or provide a resale certificate.
3. Shipping and handling is $8.00 for each order (only one charge for an order of multiple items) United States Postal.  Federal Express is $12.00 and up, call for quote. 

OUTSIDE OF US:

1. We accept US Dollar bank draft drawn on a US Bank.
2. Shipping and handling and insurance rates vary widely depending on the destination and value of the item(s). I will respond promptly with details on the cost upon request. Because of insurance limits, orders are shipped at buyer's risk outside of US unless other arrangements are made.
3. All Duties and import taxes are to be paid by you, the buyer. Duties and import taxes are not calculated into the cost of the item or the shipping charges. These cost will be assessed at the time of delivery of your item.
