A prompt refund, less shipping and handling charges, will be made for any item that does not meet your satisfaction if it is returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt. All jewelry is in working and wearable condition.

US BUYERS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus. We accept checks and money orders made payable to Sandberg Jewelers. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping. Illinois residents must add 8.5% sales tax or provide a resale certificate. Shipping and handling is $8.00 for each order (only one charge for an order of multiple items)United States Postal. Federal Express is $12.00 and up, call for quote.

OUTSIDE OF US:
We accept US Dollar bank draft drawn on a US Bank. Shipping and handling and insurance rates vary widely depending on the destination and value of the cufflink(s). I will respond promptly with details on the cost upon request. Because of insurance limits, orders are shipped at buyer's risk outside of US unless other arrangements are made. All Duties and import taxes are to be paid by you, the buyer. Duties and import taxes are not calculated into the cost of the watch or the shipping charges. These cost will be assessed at the time of delivery.
